Our team is on-call to assist you with any guidance or technical assistance you may need during your installation. We offer comprehensive on and off-site training to the fitting teams as part of our value add offering, as well as mock-up assessments to ensure a quality installation.

Logistics

We have stringent inventory planning controls and measures in place to ensure your stock is available and delivered on time.

Maintenance

We’re available to answer all your questions, following your installation, to ensure you understand the necessary care and maintenance needed to keep your floor in mint condition.

Warranty

We provide you with peace of mind by offering you a minimum of a 10-year warranty on our products, provided the approved floor preparation products have been used and the recommended techniques and guidelines have been adhered to.
